Add support for ratio plots with multiple numerators

As stated in the documentation, the numerator argument should accept a list in order to draw multiple ratios.

Additionally, the style of the ratio should be inherited from the stack.

added Component::Plotting EM::C (Urgent) Scrum::To do Type::Feature request labels

added Scrum::Doing label and removed Scrum::To do label
