Include docker client in setup.sh

Install the docker client in the container via the setup.py. The whole point of the repository is to administrate docker services from an isolated ssh server, which requires the docker cli to be installed inside the container.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
