Add fail2ban configuration to README

Add a section in the README file explaining how to setup fail2ban on the host system to monitor the internal ssh server. This should include the topics

  • fail2ban jail configuration
  • centos 7 selinux configuration to read logs
  • fail2ban iptables configuration to add rules to the FORWARD chain which is used by docker
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
