Add support for a stacked plot with different variables

There are two solutions to this issue

• Prepare a custom dataframe with a special variable column which depends on the process
• Build two uhepp-based histograms and blend them manually.

I think is rather a special case and two proposed solutions are adequate for these cases.

I doesn't seem to be such of a special case after all. An easy solution could be to allow passing a list of variables. For convenience, there should also be a method to pair variables and stacks such that some variables are only evaluated for some stacks. @khaeussl
